     If you would like for us to do the investing for you, we are a socially responsible investment adviser selective with our investments.  We vote in corporate elections.  We speak out.  We invest locally and support causes we believe in.  Some would call this impact or alignment investing.  Others would call it ESG (an abbreviation for environmental, social and corporate governance issues).  Either way, we look to invest in well-managed companies attractive for their higher returns and lower funding costs.

     We manage portfolios that integrate publicly traded stocks, funds and bond securities with privately offered opportunities in local, community, environmental and social/racial justice investments.
